+The TV firmware may need to be updated to use features introduced in newer versions of Android. For BZ35F models, the firmware can be updated by following those steps:
+   - Download the firmware at https://pro-bravia.sony.net/resources/display/bz35f-series/firmware-update/index.html -- iGotcha recommends using version 6.6545 (Android 8.0). Newer versions have issues with portrait mode.
+   - Extract the downloaded zip file and copy the content (which is another zip file) to the root folder of a USB key.
+   - Plug the USB key into the TV
+   - A dialog should appear on the TV, follow instructions
+   - While the update is in progress, the display will turn black and the power light will pulse slowly
