• Get the zip file
  • Right-click ⇒ properties and check unlock ¹⁾
• Extract all content into a folder, usually Documents
• Make a shortcut of iGotchaSignageManager.exe to the desktop
• In Windows menu type run
• In the run window type shell:startup ²⁾
• Make a copy of the link in that folder
• Run the application
• Double click the iGotcha logo
• Enter the iGotcha Server address
  • Usually http://igotchasignage.prod.i-gotcha.com
• Enter your player ID
• Wait for content to load

• Get a FAT32 formatted SD card ( 32 Gb )
• Copy the BrightSign Firmware file on it On the NAS
• On Signage CMS, go to the settings of the player you want to set up
• Enter the Serial number of the player in the field Brightsign serial
• Set the Memory threshold override to 500Megs
• Set the Override os type to BrightSign
• Save and return to the settings tab
• Under Override os type, select the latest version of the software
• Save again

• Starting from the version 2.0, any kiosks can use the identical version.
• Electron auto-updater will look for the installer location and as soon as it finds a latest version, it'll automatically download, update and restart the application.

• Unless we use Advanced Installer to package Wayfinding and Signage Player, like Lamar, we have to use a special version of Sigange.
• The reason is that the electron builder doesn't allow us to change the installation path.
• By default, Wayfinding will always be installed under C:/Users/[Username]/AppData/Local/Programs/wayfinder
• Signage player has to be installed under C:/Users/[Username]/AppData/Roaming/iGotcha Media Inc/iGotchaSignage
• Simon already created a version of Signage player for this purpose.
• Make sure that Simon upload this version of player to Software Release section

• After the initial installation, once you launch the application, a small configuration window will pop up.
• You need to provide buildingId in order to fetch the list of kiosks.
• Once you put a buildingId, press 'Load Building'
• It'll enable the dropdown menu under 'Kiosk', which contains all the available kiosks under that building.
• Choose a kiosk and press 'Submit'.
• It'll load up configuration for that kiosk and the application will use that configuration.
• If you want to change the kiosk, press Ctrl+O. It'll show the configuration menu.

• Go to http://igotchawayfinding.prod.i-gotcha.com/
• Login with the following credentials; username: admin@igotchamedia.com, pwd: 1g0tcha
• On to right part of top navbar, you'll find one dropdown menu for project selection, and another for building selection.
• Choose a project that you want (left dropdown), then choose a building (right dropdown)
• Once you select a building, select 'Map' button on the left side of menu bar.
• When you get to the Map section, check the URL. It should have the following format and you'll be able to find the buildingId

• After setting up both iGS player and Wayfinding application, startup programs need to be configured.
• Make sure that the both Wayfinding and iGS manager are registered under shell:startup.
• Make sure that iGS manager is the one from AppData/Roaming, not from Program Files(x86) or any other locations.
• Also, make sure to add the batch script to kill explorer (Ask Francis for more detail)
